Points to Note When Opening Attachments
In attachment-type training, the following cases are not counted as risk actions even if the file is opened.
- When the file is displayed in preview
- When images in the file are blocked and not loaded
- When opening a file with Protected View enabled
- When the file is opened with applications other than Microsoft 365 Office applications (Word/Excel)
Additionally, if the attachment is sent without being zipped, the preview function in the mailer becomes easier to use.
By including the password "@@@ZIP_PASSWORD@@@" in the email body, it can be sent as a password-protected ZIP file, so please use it as needed.
