Purpose
- This procedure explains how to prevent training emails sent from Tadrill from being unintentionally marked as spam or rejected by your implemented security solutions.

* For the initial login, only the initial admin registered at the time of application can log in.
Procedure

From the HENNGE Tadrill administration, click [Training Emails] in the left menu.

Click [Add +] at the top right of the screen.

Select [Insert phishing URL in the mail body] and click [Proceed].

From the templates displayed on the left, select [Connection Settings: Tadrill Domain / IP Address].
From the content displayed in the email creation screen, make a note of the information under ■Domain and ■IP Address. - Register emails from Tadrill in the whitelist of your email security solution.
Refer to the manual of your email security solution or product and configure the allowlist (whitelist) settings based on the sender IP address or sender email address.
* To prevent omissions, unless you plan to use only specific domains as the sender domain for training emails, we recommend registering all domains and IP addresses.
* Training domains may be added in future product updates.
If you use those domains for training, you will need to add them as described above.
