Procedure
Preparation
- Prepare the email containing the URL for Login ID registration.
The subject and sender address of the email containing the Login ID registration URL will be one of the following three.- Subject: [System Notification] HENNGE One Service Start Notification (Contract Start Date ~ Contract End Date)

If you cannot find the relevant email, please contact your HENNGE sales representative or one-success@hennge.com.

- Prepare the email address you will use to log in to the portal.
*We recommend using a group address.
Initial Registration Flow (Video)
This section explains the initial registration flow for the Customer Portal.
Create a Customer Portal account
- Access the URL prepared in step 1 of Preparation.

Confirm that the displayed company name and main domain are correct, enter the group email address prepared in step 2 of Preparation, and click [Submit].
Since only one Login ID can be registered, we recommend using a group address that can be checked by multiple people. -
Confirm that the process transitions to the completion screen.
Register a Customer Portal Password
- Once account creation is complete, you will receive a guidance email. Open the URL provided in the email.
* The automatically issued Login ID will be included, so please be sure to keep it.

When you open the URL, the Security Code entry screen will appear. Enter the Security Code.
* The Security Code will be sent to the email address registered during account creation.

Change your password.
