I want to modify the notification email address registered as the Login ID for the HENNGE One Customer Portal.

Answer

You can modify the notification email address directly on the portal.

Procedure

1. Click the user icon at the top right of the portal screen, then click User Information.

   

2. On the User Information page, change to the email address you want to use, then click Modify Email Address.

   

3. An email will be sent to your new email address. Please complete the modification by clicking the link in the email.
