Customers using the HENNGE One Customer Portal
Purpose
This article explains the information that can be viewed in the service list on the HENNGE One Customer Portal.

Procedure

From the HENNGE One Customer Portal home, click the panel for your tenant.

The list of HENNGE One services will be displayed, and you can check the status in the upper right corner of each service panel.
By clicking [すべてを見る≫ (View Details→)], you can view the service details.The service statuses are as follows:
- Available: The service is available for use.
A link to the Administration is displayed only for services with the status "Available". - Available upon request: The service is included in your contract, but you need to contact us to start using it.
If you wish to start using the service, please contact the "Consultation Desk" via [問い合わせ(Inquiry)] at the top right of the screen. - Not included: The service is not included in your current contract.

- Initial setup procedure
- Connection settings
