This article explains how to check your application details in the HENNGE One Customer Portal.

Procedure

From the HENNGE One Customer Portal home, click the panel for your tenant.

On the tenant details screen, click the "Applications" tab.
The application list screen will open.
Application List
You can view a list of all applications submitted via the HENNGE One Customer Portal.
The application statuses are as follows:
- In Progress: Application for domain addition has been submitted, but the domain capture has not yet been uploaded.
- Submitted: The application registration is complete. For domain addition, the capture has been uploaded.
- Processing: HENNGE has started processing the registered application.
- Completed: The processing for the application is completed.
- Individually Completed: Processing is completed for applications that required additional confirmation or individual handling.
Application Details Screen
Click the application number in the application list to view the application details.
- Application Information: Displays the date and time of the application, individual application number, and application type.
- Input Details: Displays the information entered at the time of application.
- Files: Displays files uploaded at the time of application.
You can also upload additional files or download them.
