[Secure Transfer] How to Check Domain Operation Logs

Target

  • Admins responsible for managing Secure Transfer operations

Purpose

  • This article explains the procedure for checking logs of configuration changes for each domain in Secure Transfer.

Notes

  1. The content of this article is based on the product specifications as of January 2026 and is subject to change without notice.
  2. Admin privileges for Secure Transfer are required to view the actual screens or make configuration changes.
  3. For instructions on how to access the Administration, please refer to the following article.

  4. Logs available with this feature are from December 1, 2025, onward.

Procedure

  1. From the left menu of the Secure Transfer Administration, go to [Domain Operation Logs].

  2. If necessary, specify conditions using the search box at the top right of the screen.

    *Note: Logs for "Create API Key," "Update API Key," and "Delete API Key" are related to the "Files and Logs Data Output API" feature, which is available to customers subscribed to the HENNGE One Pro plan.

  3. Click [Download] at the top right of the screen to download logs that match the current filter conditions.

Domain Domain on which the operation was performed

id Log ID ID is automatically assigned.
operation_type Action executed UPDATE_DOMAIN: Update Domain Settings
UPDATE_USER: Update User
DELETE_USER: Delete User
CREATE_API_KEY: Create API Key
DELETE_API_KEY: Update API Key
UPDATE_API_KEY: Delete API Key
administrator_id Admin ID ID is automatically assigned.
administrator Admin email address -
tenant_id Tenant ID ID is automatically assigned.
domain_id Target domain ID ID is automatically assigned.
*This field will be blank if the action targets all tenants.
remote_ip_address IP address -
timestamp (UTC) Date and time the action was executed Displayed in UTC.
domain_name Target domain name -
user User name whose settings were changed Displays the user targeted by Update User or Delete User.
user_id ID of the user whose settings were changed ID is automatically assigned.
api_key_id ID of the API Key whose settings were changed Displays the API Key ID targeted by Create API Key, Update API Key, or Delete API Key.
ID is automatically assigned.
