Thank you for using HENNGE One.
At Email DLP, our top priority is to ensure the security of your email environment and maintain the reliability of your business communications.
To provide greater clarity regarding our security standards, we have now explicitly stated how we handle "emails suspected of being spam" in the "Send Restrictions" section below.
(Reference) [Email DLP] About Sending Limits for Connected Service
1. Background and Our Stance
In email systems, if emails suspected of being spam are sent from your domain, there is a risk that your domain may be added to a blacklist, significantly damaging your domain's reputation (social credibility).
Email DLP considers "protecting your domain's reputation" to be an important mission, in addition to its misdelivery prevention features.
Therefore, we have already been detecting and stopping the delivery of emails suspected to be spam within our system. We have now decided to formally document this operational policy as part of the "Send Restrictions" specifications.
2. Details of the Addition
In addition to the existing "rate limits" and "blacklists," the following criteria are now explicitly included as part of the "Send Restrictions."
[Addition] Response to "3. Emails Suspected of Being Spam"
If Email DLP determines, based on its own criteria, that the content or behavior of an outgoing email is "highly likely to be spam (unsolicited email)," delivery of the relevant email will be restricted.
* In this restriction, sub-addresses (extended addresses including "+" and similar) are treated as the same address as the main email address.
For more details about sub-addresses, please refer to the following Help Center article.
[Email DLP] What is a subaddress?
This measure is intended to protect your domain and recipients in the event your account is misused or unauthorized emails are sent unintentionally.
3. Impact on Customers
This is a formalization of existing security specifications, and you can continue to use normal business emails as usual, so please rest assured.
We will continue to provide transparent information and maintain a robust security foundation.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
