Thank you for using HENNGE One.
We would like to inform you that the method for submitting samples (requests for investigation of false positives or missed detections) in Cloud Protection has been updated as follows.
- Before: Submission via website (WithSecure Web form)
- After: Submission from the "Request logs" in the left menu of the Cloud Protection Administration

By using the new submission method (Request logs menu), you will no longer need to enter tenant-specific information for each inquiry, which was previously required.
Additionally, you will be able to view a list of the content and status of previously submitted samples from the "Request logs" screen, as well as communicate further, such as asking additional questions, from the same screen.

As submission of samples is now required from your Administration, HENNGE will no longer accept requests to submit samples to WithSecure on your behalf.
