[Tadrill] Creating Courses

  • This article explains the procedure for Tadrill administrators to create Courses in order to conduct Test training for users.

  4. With the creation procedure using CSV file Import, only one new Course can be created at a time.

Procedure

You can create Courses either manually or by CSV Import.

Manual creation

  1. Access ［e-Learning］－［Courses］ from the left menu.

  2. Click ［Submit］ at the top right of the screen.

  3. Enter the content of the Learning material.
    ※If you want to use a PDF or Office file for the ［File URL］, upload it to a cloud storage service first, then enter the shared URL.

  4. Scroll down the screen, configure the content of the Quiz that users will answer, and click ［Save］.
    ※1 You can select single choice or multiple choice from the top right of the Question.
    ※2 You can Add a Question using the ［Add Question］ button.
    ※3 When there are multiple questions, you can set how many Correct answers are required to be Passed.

  5. Return to the Courses list screen. The procedure is complete if the course has been added.

CSV Import

  1. Use the links below to download the CSV template you wish to use.
    CSV templates are available for the three Languages supported by the admin panel: Japanese, English, and Chinese.
    Although templates are only provided in these three Languages, you can also Import and use CSV files created in other Languages, as long as they follow the specified format.

    ※The content within the template is provided as an example only, and does not guarantee the content, such as Quiz answers.

  2. Open the downloaded CSV file and Edit the contents of the Course.
    An example entry is included in the template file.

    Field name Description Required Notes
    course_name The Course name. ✔️ Please enter this only in the second row of the CSV.
    content_name The Content name. ✔️
    content_link The shared URL of the Learning material. ✔️
    quiz_name The Quiz name. ✔️
    quiz_description The Overview of the Quiz. －
    passing_score The Passing score of the Quiz.
    Specifies the number of Correct answers required to be Passed.    		 ✔️
    tags The Tags.
    If there are multiple Tags, separate them with || as shown in the template.    		 －
    question_type The Question type. Enter one of the following:
    ・For radio buttons (single selection only): one-answer
    ・For checkboxes (multiple selections allowed): multiple-answer    		 ✔️ Starting from the second row of the CSV, enter 5 fields per row for each Question.
    question The content of the Question. ✔️
    options The answer options.
    Separate them with || as shown in the template.    		 ✔️
    correct_options The Correct option(s). ✔️
    explanation The Explanation of the correct answers. －

  3. Open the Tadrill admin panel and access ［e-Learning］－［Courses］ from the left-hand menu.

  4. Click ［Import］ in the upper right corner of the screen.

  5. Click ［Import CSV］, select the CSV file you created earlier, and Import it to create the Course.
