[HENNGE One Launcher] How to Issue Custom Domains

Action summary

• This article explains the procedure for creating a new domain available in HENNGE One for customers using HENNGE One.

Notes

1. You can create up to 2 custom domains.
2. To use Launcher, Access Control global admin privileges are required.

Procedure

1. Access the HENNGE One portal.

2. Click [Launcher].
   * If the icon is not displayed, please grant global admin privileges to the target user.
   [Access Control] Setting admin privileges

   

3. On the Launcher screen, click [Add new domain].
   The domain registration screen will be displayed.
   * If "Domain Limit Reached" is displayed, you cannot create a new domain unless you delete an existing domain.

   

   

4. Enter the subdomain name you want to use and click [Next].
   The registration screen will be displayed.
   * The domain suffix is fixed as myhennge.com.
   * Domains cannot be duplicated across all tenants using HENNGE One.
   If a conflict error occurs, please register with a different domain name.

   

5. Check the domain to be registered, and if there are no mistakes, click [Submit].
