Content
We are planning server maintenance for HENNGE Lock on the following schedule.
Date:
Thursday, February 26, 2026, 15:00 - 17:00 JST (about 10 minutes, up to 1 hour)
Effect on email:
1. During maintenance, Push Notifications from the HENNGE Lock app will not be sent.
2. During maintenance, new OTP setup will not be available from either the User Portal or the Admin Console.
*During maintenance, the QR code for OTP setup will not be displayed. A screen image is provided below.
While Push Notifications from the HENNGE Lock app will not be sent during maintenance, you will still be able to log in to HENNGE Access Control.
Even if you usually log in using Push Notifications from the HENNGE Lock app, you can log in by manually entering the OTP token displayed in the app on the login screen.
Additionally, this maintenance will not force currently logged-in users to log out, nor will it stop the HENNGE One service itself.
Please note that the login screen will change as shown below.
If you use OTP Push Notifications with the HENNGE Lock app to log in, please manually enter the 6-digit code displayed in the HENNGE Lock app on the OTP input screen to log in.
