- File DLP administrators
Purpose
- This article explains how to check and manage domains that are recognized as internal sharing in File DLP.
- By registering domains that belong to group companies or trusted partners, which are confirmed to be safe and do not require external domain management, those domains will be treated as internal domains in File DLP.
Notes
- Administrator privileges for File DLP are required to view the actual screens or make configuration changes.

[File DLP] How to Access the Administration - Domains registered as custom in this feature are not HENNGE One registered domains, so they will be treated as external domains in other HENNGE One services. If you want to register a domain for use in all HENNGE One services, please apply via the Customer Portal.

Procedure
Checking Internal Domains

From the left menu of the File DLP Administration, go to [Tenant Management] – [Internal Domains].

The internal domains will be displayed.

Domains registered as custom are treated as internal domains only in File DLP. They are treated as external domains in other HENNGE One services. If you want to register a domain for use in all HENNGE One services, please apply via the Customer Portal. [Customer Portal] Domain Management |

Editing Internal Domains (Add / Delete)

Click [Edit Internal Domains].

Enter the domains to be treated as internal domains, then click [Confirm Changes].
* If entering multiple domains, please enter one domain per line.
* You can register both domain format (@hogehoge.co.jp) and subdomain format (@sub.hogehoge.co.jp).
Note: Bulk specification (partial match) using the @*.hogehoge.co.jp format is not supported for subdomains. Please register all applicable subdomains individually.
* To delete a domain, remove it from the list. - You will be taken to the confirmation screen. After checking the following, click [Save Changes] to save.
- Check that there are no errors in the updated domain list
- Check that there are no errors in the domains to be added or deleted

Check all the notes under [I have confirmed the following items]
- After saving, File DLP will re-evaluate based on the new domain list.
The time required for re-evaluation depends on the number of items, so it may take some time for the following information to be updated:- Dashboard
- Risk Detection Policy Summary
- Files List
- Sharing Range
- Search Filters
