This article introduces update information for File DLP.
Internal Domain Management Feature
You can now check which domains are treated as internal by File DLP.
Additionally, on this screen, you can register or delete domains that are not registered in HENNGE One, so that they are treated as "internal" only within File DLP.
Previously, registration was handled individually by our support team upon request, which could take some time. From now on, you can register and manage these domains directly from the File DLP management screen.
Managing Internal Domains
No action is required from customers for this new feature.
Domains that have already been registered will be automatically carried over.
Transition of Imported Files
This feature displays the total number of files obtained by File DLP over the past 30 days on the dashboard.
Previously, there were cases where customers were concerned because the sync status was unclear.
With this feature, you can now get an overview of the file import pace for the past 30 days directly from the dashboard, allowing you to estimate the progress of file imports.
