Thank you for using HENNGE One.
We would like to inform you that database maintenance for Tadrill is scheduled as follows.
Time:
April 14, 2026 (Tue) 11:00 - 13:00 JST, for about 10 minutes (up to 1 hour)
Effect on email:
There is no expected direct effect on the use of Tadrill during maintenance.
For users who have performed sync between Tadrill and groupware, a checkmark is displayed in the "Synced" column.
Due to this maintenance, for a small number of tenants, the checkmark for some users may no longer be displayed.
How to resolve if the checkmark is no longer displayed:
By running sync again, the checkmark for the target users will be displayed again.

If the email address registered in Tadrill and the email address on the groupware side are different, and you run [Sync] again from the Administration (for example, if you only changed the groupware email address):
A new user with the updated groupware email address will be created, separate from the original user.
- Original user: Will not be deleted, and the checkmark will not be displayed again.
- New user: The checkmark will be displayed.

If you overwrite user information by importing a CSV file
The checkmark will not be displayed again.
This maintenance will not affect any previous training or e-learning results.
