Overview
To ensure a smooth transition to the new login screen, the [Login ID] (formerly: Email address or User Principal Name) of the initial administrator account will be sequentially and automatically converted internally to your custom domain format.
The initial administrator account is the default administrator account automatically created when you subscribe to the service. You can continue to use it as before even after the automatic conversion.
Administrator accounts created by customers are excluded from this process and will not be affected.
Furthermore, since this configuration change is performed on the system side, it will not affect the certificates you are currently using or your login operations on the existing login screen (the login screen with the blue button).
Target Audience
Customers using Access Control since before February 25, 2026
Contents
The Login ID (formerly: Email address or User Principal Name) of the account automatically created as the initial administrator during the setup of the Access Control environment will be automatically converted as follows.
In principle, no action is required from customers.
Additionally, in environments using the existing login screen (the login screen with the blue button), the administrator's login experience will remain unchanged.
Furthermore, this operation will not affect issued device certificates or Secure Browser.
[Details of Automatic Conversion]
Before Conversion: user@d1.hdemail.jp
After Conversion: hacadmin@<Customer Domain>
Previously, the default administrator account (user@d1.hdemail.jp) automatically created when subscribing to the service was an account linked to a domain exclusively for the system managed and operated by us. For this transition, the system will perform normalization processing to convert it to your own custom domain format managed by you.
[Operation Date]
Sequentially from April 1 to April 24, 2026
*The customer domain refers to the main domain decided at the time of application, and refers to the domain name listed in the global header of the Access Control service admin console.
On the existing login screen, you can continue to use the service by entering the username of the initial administrator account as before.
When using the new login screen, please enter the value of the [Login ID] after the change.
After the automatic conversion, customers can also change the Login ID to any desired value.

Notes
This change is a measure to ensure a smooth login when using the new login screen.
Even after the change on the system side, customers can still change it to any desired value.
If the Login ID differs from user@d1.hdemail.jp during the automatic conversion process, it will be excluded from this process.
Please check the [Login ID] field of your initial administrator account.
