Procedure

  1. In the left Menu of the Password Manager administration screen, click ［User］－［User］.

  2. On the User screen, click the three-dot menu ［...］－［Manage Role］ for the Target User.

  3. Click ［Role］ and select the desired Permission.

  4. Review the Notes for updating the Role, and if there are no issues, click ［Update Role］.

Updating Roles for Multiple Users at Once

You can update the Roles of multiple Users at once using the checkboxes.

  1. In the left Menu of the Password Manager administration screen, click ［User］－［User］.

  2. Select the checkboxes for the Users whose Roles you want to CHANGE, then click ［Manage Role］.

The Items that can be configured for a Role are as follows.

Name

User No administrative permissions are granted.
Administrator All Administrator Actions are available except for “deleting Users with Owner Permission.”
Multiple Administrators can be configured.
Owner

All features available with Administrator Permission can be used.
Multiple Owners can be configured.

※The number of Owners cannot be zero. The last remaining Owner cannot be deleted.
