[HENNGE Connect] Installing the Agent on an On-Premises Server

Purpose

• This article explains the procedure for installing the HENNGE Connect Agent.

Procedure

1. Download the installer below from the Access Control Administration.

   • HENNGE Connect New Agent

     

2. Run the downloaded [HENNGE-Connect.msi] and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

3. Verify that the [hennge-connect] folder is created in the Program Files of the terminal and that [ngrok.exe] and [config.yml] exist.

   C:\Program Files\hennge-connect

4. Verify that [ngrok] exists in the Windows Services screen to complete the process.
   ※ Do not start the service.
