Action summary
This article is intended for customers using Tadrill.
We have made the following changes to Tadrill's user sync feature and tag feature.
Changes to Google Workspace user sync targets
In the settings for syncing user information from Google Workspace to Tadrill, the following users, who were previously included in the sync target, are now excluded.
This prevents users who cannot receive training emails from being synced to Tadrill.

Additionally, if users who fall under the above categories are currently registered in Tadrill as "Synced," please note that they will be automatically deleted from Tadrill during the next sync execution (users who were created manually or via CSV file and are not synced will not be deleted).
Change to tag delimiter for bulk user registration/edit via CSV
When registering or editing users using a CSV file, the delimiter for setting multiple tags for a single user has been changed from the previous "," (comma) to "||" (double pipe).
During the current migration period, both "," and "||" can be used for import, but export already outputs tags separated by "||".
In the future, only "||" will be available for import as well.
The planned end date for using "," (comma) is December 2026
