Overview
This article explains the necessary procedures related to HENNGE Connect for customers who are replacing (relocating/upgrading the OS of) their web systems or HENNGE Connect agent servers.

Procedure
Replacing the HENNGE Connect Agent Server
- Confirm that the replacement server meets the system requirements.
[HENNGE Connect] Checking System Requirements - Access the Access Control administration.
[Access Control] How to Log in to the Administration - Obtain HENNGE-Connect.msi and install the agent on the new HENNGE Connect agent server.
[HENNGE Connect] Installing the Agent on an On-Premises Server - Access each connected web service via HENNGE Connect and confirm that you can use them without any issues.
- Stop the Windows service [ngrok] on the existing HENNGE Connect agent server.

Copy the [config.yml] used on the existing HENNGE Connect agent server to the new HENNGE Connect agent server.
Destination:
C:\Program Files\hennge-connect* Please overwrite the [config.yml] template generated during the HENNGE Connect agent installation.
- Start the Windows service [ngrok] on the new HENNGE Connect agent server.
- Access each connected web service via HENNGE Connect and confirm that you can use them without any issues.
Replacing the Web System Server (with Web System URL change)

Back up the [config.yml] file on the HENNGE Connect agent server.
Example: config.yml_yyyymmddLocation:
C:\Program Files\hennge-connect - Open [config.yml] with a text editor.
- Replace the line containing the existing web system URL with the new web system URL and save the file.
* This will be the line starting with [url:]. - Restart the Windows service [ngrok] on the HENNGE Connect agent server.
- Access each connected web service via HENNGE Connect and confirm that you can use them without any issues.
Replacing the Web System Server (without Web System URL change)
No action is required.
