Action summary
This article explains how administrators can log in to the Domain Protection Administration for initial setup and ongoing management.
Notes
- Administrator privileges for Domain Protection are required to view the actual screens or make changes to the settings.
- For the initial login, you can only log in to Domain Protection using the initial administrator account displayed in the Customer Portal.
Please check the Domain Protection settings from the list of services in the Customer Portal.

Procedure

Access the Domain Protection login screen from the following URL.

For the initial login only, you will need to set a password.
Click [Forgot your password?] and enter the initial administrator account (one-dp@your domain) as listed in the Customer Portal.
Click [Reset password] and a password reset email will be sent to the initial administrator address listed in the Customer Portal.Email subject: [Customers Mail Cloud] Temporary password issuance notice - Follow the instructions in the email to log in with the temporary password.

The Set Password screen will be displayed. Set your password.

Once you have set your password, you can navigate to the Domain Protection login screen from [Customers Mail Cloud] at the top left of the screen.

Return to the login screen and enter the initial administrator account (one-dp@your domain) and the configured password to log in.
- You have completed the process when the Domain Protection dashboard screen is displayed.
