This is an update notice for customers using Email Archive Modern.
"My Workspace" Added to Email Details Screen
We have added a "My Workspace" feature to the email details screen in the Archive Search results, allowing each login user to record their own description or status for each email.
Descriptions and statuses are not shared with other users, so you can freely enter and manage them individually.
Please use this feature to make email investigations and audit responses more efficient.
- Confirm status: When set to "Confirmed," a check mark will appear on the right side of the search screen.
- Description: You can enter and save any text (up to 500 characters).
