Update to the Filter History Download Feature
We will sequentially release an update starting in November 2026 to improve the accuracy of CSV file exports for the Email DLP filter history download feature. This update only enhances output accuracy; there are no changes to the filter history download procedure itself.
Updates:
- Quotation marks are now always added to values in CSV files (previously, they were added only when necessary)
- Correction of some typographical errors
- Faster export processing
- Change in the period for which sent email history cannot be retrieved
- Before: 75 minutes
- After: Most recent sent emails
