Important Notes for Release Day
The retention period for Download History is 24 hours.
Please note in advance that on the day of the release (scheduled for the 3rd week of November 2026 or later), history requested within the past 24 hours prior to the release will no longer be accessible for viewing.

Update to the Filter History Download Feature
We will sequentially release an update starting from the 3rd week of November 2026 or later to improve the accuracy of CSV file exports for the Email DLP filter history download feature. This update only enhances output accuracy; there are no changes to the filter history download procedure itself.
Updates:
- Quotation marks are now always added to values in CSV files (previously, they were added only when necessary)
- Correction of some typographical errors
- Faster export processing
- Change in the period for which sent email history cannot be retrieved
- Before: 75 minutes
- After: Most recent sent emails
