To ensure that the HENNGE One service can operate stably, we have decided to update the contents of the Supported environments for HENNGE One.
The new HENNGE One Support Environment policy is planned to apply on October 3, 2022.
To the customer currently using the HENNGE One service, please kindly confirm the new HENNGE One Support Environment policy and update the environment before October 3, 2022, if necessary.
Please refer to the Help Center article below for the HENNGE One Support Environment after October 3, 2022.
The following changes have applied to the HENNGE One Support Environment policy.
Before : Google Chrome / Safari / Firefox / Edge 2 generations including the latest version.
After : Google Chrome / Safari / Firefox / Edge Latest released browser version.
The support to the following environments is finished.※ As of June 15, 2022
1. macOS : 10.11 / 10.12 / 10.13 / 10.14
2. iOS : 10 / 11 / 12 / 13
3. iPadOS: 13
4. watchOS: 6
5. Android: 7 / 8
6. ChromeOS: Under the latest major version
The updated HENNGE One Support Environment policy will not immediately impact product performance in environments not included in the new HENNGE One Support Environment.
But, as of October 3, 2022, environments not included in the HENNGE One Support Environment will no longer be supported.
The new features might not also be able to use in the future as well.
Therefore, please update the environment as soon as possible if yours is not listed in the new HENNGE One Support Environment.
