New Release: HENNGE Email DLP allows additional wildcard for Timezone released on 2020/02

for Google Workspace / for Microsoft 365

On 2020/02, HENNGE Email DLP has released a new feature update.

When HENNGE Email DLP encrypts the attachment, the ZIP file name and the ZIP decryption password have new wildcard tags available.

Wildcard Tags that can be used for ZIP file Name 
((%LOCAL-YEAR%)) The Timezone Year that was configured in the General Setting
((%LOCAL-MONTH%)) The Timezone Month that was configured in the General Setting
((%LOCAL-DAY%)) The Timezone Date that was configured in the General Setting
((%LOCAL-HOUR%)) The Timezone Hour that was configured in the General Setting
((%LOCAL-MINUTE%)) The Timezone Minute that was configured in the General Setting
((%LOCAL-SECOND%)) The Timezone Second that was configured in the General Setting
((%LOCAL-TIMEZONE%)) The Timezone that was configured in General Setting (such as JST)
((%TIMEZONE%)) The Timezone of the Date Header in the Sent Email (such as UTC)

((%LOCAL-YEAR%)) The Timezone Year that was configured in the General Setting
((%LOCAL-MONTH%)) The Timezone Month that was configured in the General Setting
((%LOCAL-DAY%)) The Timezone Date that was configured in the General Setting

Until this feature was released, the ZIP filename for Fixed Password ZIP encrypted files were encrypted using the UTC (+0:00) Timezone. However, after this update, the system will use the Timezone that was configured in General Setting.
