403 Access Policy Violation |
Access is not allowed under the conditions permitted by the organization. Please check if the connecting IP address and medium are allowed, and if unknown, contact the system administrator. If the administrator wants to allow user access, change the assignment of the access policy group or modify the access policy conditions. |
404 Not Found |
Please check if you are accessing the permitted service provider. Also, check if there are any errors in the URL you are accessing. |
403 Forbidden |
You are already logged in but trying to log in to a different HENNGE One tenant. Please log out and try logging in as a different user. Alternatively, try logging in using secret mode where authentication cache is not shared. If you are accessing the admin panel, please perform it with an account that has administrative privileges. In case the authentication information of an account without administrative privileges is stored, try it even in non-cache mode. |
403 Access denied according to access policy. OTP (One-Time Password) is not set. |

This is an error displayed when login fails a certain number of times. Users should wait for a while and then try logging in again. If administrators want to unlock immediately, please unlock from the management screen. |
Invalid username or password. | ・ Since the username is case-sensitive, check if there are any mistakes in the entered value. ・ If the username entered on the login screen does not match the registration information, a "failure" history will not be recorded in the access log. |
