How to set and issue emergency OTP in HENNGE Access Control admin console

Target

Customers who are using HENNGE Access Control.

Purpose

To show the image how administrator can set and issue emergency OTP(One Time Password) in HENNGE Access Control admin console.

Detail

1. Access HENNGE Access Control admin console with admin ID & Password.

※URL: https://ap.ssso.hdems.com/admin/[main domain]

2. Click a pencil mark of a target user in [Users].

3. Set an OTP in the OTP Emergency Token column and tell it to the user.
※ OTP must be longer than 8 characters and has at least one alphabet.
