Purpose
- This article explains how to create/edit Email DLP Address Groups.

- Administrator privileges for Email DLP are required to verify the actual screen and change settings.

How to Access the Email DLP Management Console
Procedure
1. From the left menu of the Email DLP administration screen, access [Address Settings] - [Address Groups].
Individual Address Group Creation / Editing Procedure
1. Select either [+ Create] at the top right of the screen or the [gear icon] of the Address Group you want to edit.
2. Enter each item and click [Add].
Addresses can specify email addresses, domains (after the @ mark), and top-level domains. (Determined by exact match)
Example:
- Email Address: "user@example.co.jp"
- Domain (after the @ mark): "@example.co.jp", "@sub.example.co.jp"
- Subdomain: ".example.co.jp"
- Top-level domain: ".jp", ".co.jp"
The following characters can be registered.
- Lowercase letters: a - z
- Uppercase letters: A - Z
- Numbers: 0 - 9
- Symbols: !@#$%^&*-_=+{}[]\|'/?`~
Note that regular expressions are not supported, and symbols such as * used in regular expressions are recognized as strings.
Additionally, as shown in the image below, multiple records can be registered at once by listing them on separate lines.
3. If necessary, check the Approver box and select [Create] or [Apply].
※ Domains and domains including subdomains cannot be set as approvers.
Bulk Address Group Creation / Editing Procedure
It is possible to create and overwrite multiple Address Groups at once by creating a YAML or JSON file.
