This document explains how to configure general settings for the HENNGE Email DLP tenant.

General settings are located in the HENNGE Email DLP management screen under [Tenant Settings] - [General] in the left menu.
Overview
・Time Zone
When automatically encrypting attachments with HENNGE Email DLP, you can set the file name and fixed password in the encryption type definition.
When using the following merge tags, the file name and fixed password will be generated according to the time zone set in this item.

・Notification Email Address
This function allows you to send notifications to the registered administrator email address when a [Blacklist] restriction is applied to an empty envelope sender (Null: <>).

Email sending limits on HENNGE Email DLP service
When a [Blacklist] restriction is applied, an NDR is returned to the sender's email address, but if the sender's email address is empty (Null: <>), it may not be accurately detected by the sender side.
Use the notification settings for administrators to help detect and resolve send restrictions.
Procedure
・Time Zone
1. Set the desired time zone and select [Save Changes].
When you enter the first 2 characters of the time zone, candidates will be displayed.
・Notification Address
1. Set the desired email address and select [Save Changes].
Only one email address can be set.
If you wish to notify multiple administrators, consider using group mail.
※ To delete the set address, select [×] and then select [Save Changes].
