Sample 3 (Added to Directory Sync) YAML / JSON
Add groups "Sample GroupD" and "Sample GroupE" existing in Google Workspace / Microsoft365
※ Specify group names, not group addresses.
Import will result in an error if initial setup for directory sync is incomplete or if the group name does not exist.

Sample 1 (10-Minute Hold and Encryption) YAML / JSON
10-minute hold and encrypt attachments. Do not encrypt password-protected attachments.
Sample 2 (Team Mail Functionality) YAML / JSON
Team mail operation by user1@example.com and user2@example.com for held emails in shared mailbox sharedmail1@example.com. Encrypt attachments.
Sample 3 (Third-Party Approval Under Specific Conditions) YAML / JSON
Remove external addresses in To/Cc if they exceed 20.
Request approval if To/Cc contains three or more external domains with specified keywords, or if it matches any of the conditions with attachments. Do not encrypt attachments.
※ Specify address groups within the rule, so create the necessary address groups first.
