We would like to inform you of an important notice for all users of HENNGE Secure Browser for PC.
All users of the PC version of HENNGE Secure Browser (2.0.165 or earlier) are eligible.
Please update your HENNGE Secure Browser for PC to the latest version of HENNGE Secure Browser Desktop (3.1 or later version) between today and June 30, 2021.
In this update, we have implemented functional updates, including "support for displaying in a separate window", which was strongly requested by our customers.

However, since some of the libraries used in the current HENNGE Secure Browser for PC are scheduled to be no longer supported, an update that includes changes to the libraries used was also implemented at the same time.
Therefore, it is necessary to update HENNGE Secure Browser for PC (Windows / macOS) on each customer's device.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your cooperation in updating.
With this update, the application name and icon will be changed as follows

How to update
I installed and started HENNGE Secure Browser Desktop following the update instructions, but the device authentication screen appears.+
Please make sure that the PC version of HENNGE Secure Browser (white logo) has been quit.
If your device authentication information isn't automatically transferred to HENNGE Secure Browser Desktop (blue logo) from HENNGE Secure Browser for PC (white logo) when it has been quit, please re-authenticating your device.
How to re-authenticate
1. Authenticate the device with HENNGE Secure Browser Desktop (blue logo).。
・User side :
Windows : HENNGE Secure Browser Installation (Windows) Step 2
macOS : HENNGE Secure Browser Installation (macOS) Step 2
・Administrator side :
2. Uninstall the PC version of HENNGE Secure Browser (white logo).

An error message appears during the update procedure.+
Please prepare the following information and send it to our Customer Success Guide.
1. The date and time
2. The screenshot with the error message
3. The device and installed OS
4. The user's HENNGE Access Control username
1. Future feature updates will be made to HENNGE Secure Browser Desktop (blue logo, new version).
2. HENNGE Secure Browser for PC (white logo, old version) will no longer be supported after July 2021.
Due to the fact that HENNGE Secure Browser for PC (white logo, old version) is regularly updated to meet the needs of our customers, there is a possibility that it will become unstable or unusable after July 2021 when the support expires.
For this reason, we strongly recommend that you update your software before June 2021.
3. This update is not necessary for HENNGE Secure Browser for Android and HENNGE Secure Browser iOS.
