Updated on May 12, 2021 : Administrators can now remove some restrictions on HENNGE Email DLP Admin Console.
What is "Restricted Senders" menu?
To keep the systems stable, the HENNGE Email DLP service has two types of sending limits, which are "Rate-limiting" and "Blacklisting". Regarding the "Blacklisting", administrators can check which users are restricted by the limits on the "Restricted Senders" menu of the HENNGE Email DLP Admin Console. Administrators can also remove some restrictions via the menu, but before it is removed, the sender must ensure that unsolicited emails which have caused restrictions to be applied will no longer be sent. To remove a restriction, please click on the "X" button on the right side of the list. If you see the "⚠️" icon, please contact a HENNGE Customer Success Guide to remove the restriction. (You can use the contact form by clicking the "?" icon at the upper left corner)
