Purpose
This article explains how to create a notification for team email operations in HENNGE Email DLP.

Procedure
To configure team email operation notifications, log in to HENNGE Email DLP with an administrator account and go to the left menu [Notification Settings] - [Team Email Operations].
This notification is sent when a user, other than the sender belonging to the same address group as the mail subject to the rules set for team email functions, performs an operation.
1. Select [Create].
2. Enter each item and select [Create].
The following items are required:
- Priority: Priority can be set from 1 to 99,999. A lower value indicates a higher priority.
- Policy Name: Enter any value.
- Recipient: Select either "All recipients" or "Specific recipients".
If "Specific recipients" is selected, a field will appear for entering values. Enter the email address, domain, or subdomain.
- Notification Type: This field cannot be changed.
- Subject: Set the subject of the message to be sent to the sender when an operation by a team member other than oneself is completed.
It is also possible to use insertion tags as described later.
- Body: Set the body of the message to be sent to the sender when an operation by a team member other than oneself is completed.
It is also possible to use insertion tags as described later.
- Language: Set the language to be displayed in the insertion tag ((%OPERATION%)) as described later.
Choose from English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
- Time Zone: Set the time zone to be displayed in the insertion tag ((%HEADER-DATE-LOCAL%)) as described later.
Enter the first 2 characters of the area (Africa / America / Antarctica / Asia / Atlantic / Australia / Europe / Indian / Pacific) or major city name to display options.
