为了让我们的系统保持稳定的状态,HENNGE Email DLP 的服务有分别各别环境的整体寄信限制和用户个人的寄信限制。
无论您使用的系统是 Google Workspace 或是 Microsoft 365 ,信件寄送是内部或是外部,以下的限制都是一致的。
如果用户的寄信量或是整体环境的寄信量超过了以下的规范限制,Email DLP 服务会寄送错误讯息至您的 Google Workspace 或是 Microsoft 365。

1. 流量限制
1.1.
[Error Code] 450 (temporary error)
[Error Message] Peak SMTP relay limit exceeded.
[Details] 一位用户在24小时之内寄给超过10,000收件者。(*1)(*2) 当用户超过此上限,信件会被 Email DLP 暂时性的拒绝。当状态回复后,限制才会被移除。恢复正常之后,信件会被重新寄送。

[Error Code] 550 (permanent error)
[Error Message] Peak SMTP relay limit exceeded.
[Details] 一位用户在10分钟之内寄给超过600收件者。(*1)(*2) 当用户超过此上限,信件会被 Email DLP 暂时性的拒绝。当状态回复后,限制才会被移除。恢复正常之后,信件不会被重新寄送,用户需自行重新发送没成功的 NDR 中的信件。

[Error Code] 450 (temporary error)
[Error Message] Peak concurrent SMTP relay limit per sender exceeded.
[Details] 当发件人地址超过每个发件人的最大并发SMTP连接数时,该限制将适用。当状态回复后,限制才会被移除。在限制期间发送的邮件将被自动重新发送。
2. 黑名单

[Error Message] We detected a high volume of bounced emails coming from [you/your organization] over a short period of time. To protect our users from spam, emails from [you/your organization] have been blocked. [You/Your organization] will be automatically unblocked in <remaining block duration>. For further assistance, please contact the system administrator.
[Details] 此限制会在 <remaining block duration> 后自动移除。恢复正常之后,信件不会被重新寄送,用户需自行重新发送没成功的 NDR 中的信件。
2.2.
[Error Code] 550 (permanent error)
[Error Message] We detected a persistently high volume of bounced emails coming from [you/your organization]. To protect our users from spam, emails from [you/your organization] have been blocked. [You/Your organization] will not be automatically unblocked. For further assistance, please contact the system administrator.
[Details] 此限制并不会自动移除。如果欲取消此限制,请停止寄送该信件并连络我们。恢复正常之后,信件不会被重新寄送,用户需自行重新发送没成功的 NDR 中的信件。

[Details] 限制并不会自动移除。如果欲取消此限制,请停止寄送该信件并连络我们。恢复正常之后,信件不会被重新寄送,用户需自行重新发送没成功的 NDR 中的信件。

[ Details ] 限制并不会自动移除。如果欲取消此限制,请停止寄送该信件并连络我们。恢复正常之后,信件不会被重新寄送,用户需自行重新发送没成功的 NDR 中的信件。
(*1)HENNGE Email DLP 服务会分析每封电子邮件里面的收件者,如果同一封信件有三个收件地址,则为三封电子邮件。
(*2) 如果用户在短时间内寄送大量的信件,信件服务器(如 Google Workspace、Microsoft 365 等服务)和垃圾邮件过滤服务(RBL 黑名单)有可能把我们的 IP 位址列如电子邮件的黑名单并标记为垃圾邮件。这可能会影响到我们的服务和使用我们服务的其它用户的权益。
