Question:
How does the filtering condition works specifically for keywords?
We setup the filtering settings on outgoing messages such as;
If the “ZIP” is included in the mail title text, keyword detection finds it and enables it to be sent as it is without encryption. What about when it includes the full font “ZIP” or “Zip” mixing up with upper and lower cases together. Does it work in the same way?
Answer:
In the filtering condition with keyword,
・ It distinguishes between FULL and HALF font.
・ It is NOT case sensitive.
Therefore, for adequate filtering condition settings, the above points need to be taken into consideration.
It does not have to be case sensitive, though, when considering about the font size, the following filtering condition settings are recommended. (“|” means “or”)
ZIP|ZIP|ZIP|ZIP|ZIP|ZIP|ZIP|ZIP
(Half font letters only, or, only one letter is full font, or, only one letter is half font, full font letters only)
