What kind of action can be taken when the mail matches the filter condition?

Answer:

For the mail which matches the filter condition, the designated action / sub-action should be carried out.

One main action should be specified for one filter condition.  For sub-action, the specified item should differ depending on the action to be taken.

Main Action

• To send
  When matching the checking condition of the rule, the mail will be sent.
  
  
• To put on-hold temporarily
  When matching the checking condition of the rule, the mail will be put on-hold temporarily.
  After the designated on-hold period, the mail should be sent automatically. 
  
  
• Approval request
  When matching the checking condition of the rule, the mail should be put on-hold to be processed by the authorizer (the authority with power to approve).
  
  
• To delete
  When matching the checking condition of the rule, the mail should be deleted.

Sub-Action (Possible to be added onto the main action)

• Delay Time
  When the [Temporarily on-hold] is chosen, please enter the deferrable period.
  Please set up the deferrable period for the mail.
  The default is 5 minutes and possible to set 1-999(min).
  

• Notification
  To notify the sender
  　To notify the sender of the mail which matches this rule 
  To notify the authorizer (The authority with power to approve).
  　To send notification to the mail address of the assigned authorizer
  To notify the administrator
  　To send notification to the mail address of the assigned administrator.
  
  
• To Add Bcc (Copy transfer)
  When choosing one of the actions [To send], [Approval request], [To put on-hold temporarily], this sub-action to add Bcc could be taken. The maximum number of the mail addresses that are allowed to be registered is up to 5.
  
  
• To encrypt the attached file
  When choosing one of the actions [To send], [Approval request], [To put on-hold temporarily], this sub-action to encrypt the attached file could be taken. 

Rule Priority
Also, the [Priority] should be set up in the filter.
Filtering system should judge the filtering condition in order of the set up priority to carry out the matching action.
The rest filtering conditions should not be taken to be judged.

*The lower the number is, the higher the priority goes.
