I accidentally deleted a user being provisioned with Google Workspace from the Access Control admin console.
Please tell me how to resolve this.
Answer
If you delete a user subject to provisioning from the Access Control admin console, the user in Google Workspace will become "Inactive".
You can restore the affected user by following the procedure below.
Procedure
- Refer to the following article to re-register the deleted user from the Access Control screen.
When creating the user, please enable [Exclude this user from Google provisioning].
[Access Control] Create / Edit New User - Refer to the following site to activate the affected user from "Inactive" in the Google Workspace Admin console.
Reactivate an inactive user account (external link) - After activation, refer to the article below to edit the user information created in Step 1 and uncheck [Exclude this user from Google provisioning].

* Once you uncheck and apply, provisioning will be performed immediately.
