HENNGE One Service Start and Information for End User

Target

For customers who wish to adopt and use HENNGE One Services.

Purpose

This articles outlines the necessary information needed for the end customer to use the HENNGE One Services dependent on the service they choose.

1. HENNGE Access Control

1.1. Login URL

End users may need to know the URL to access Groupware such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace beforehand.

After the HENNGE Access Control is implemented, users will be redirected to the HENNGE Access Control login screen from the Groupware login screen. (In the login page of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, after the user enter the username and click Next or Sign-In, the user will be redirected to HENNGE Access Control page.) 

You can also access the following URL to skip the redirection process and directly find the HENNGE Access Control login page.

Each customer's URL will be different according to the main domain chose.

  • Microsoft 365

  • Google Workspace

  • Other Web Services
    For services other than Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (such as Salesforce), the HENNGE Access Control Single-Sign-On (SSO) URL will be different for each service, please check the Web service beforehand.

1.2. Username/Password

It may be needed to inform each user about his/her username and password of HENNGE Access Control login beforehand.

For customers that are using Active Directory synchronization, username and password will be the same as the login credentials on the Active Directory.
For customers that are not using Active Directory synchronization, there may be needs to inform users of their username and password beforehand.

1.3. HENNGE Access Control User Portal URL

This HENNGE Access Control User Portal page URL will be able to be accessed by end users of HENNGE Access Control service.
HENNGE Access Control User Portal URL will also contain the main domain chosen by the customer.

HENNGE Access Control User Portal page allows the following operations.
(Actual availability of each operation may differ due to the configuration set by the Admin.)

1.4. How to Reset Password on HENNGE Access Control

For customers who are not using Active Directory Synchronization, each end user must reset their password on the HENNGE Access Control for at least once.
The following method will enable the user to change the password from the User Portal directly.

  1. Accessing the Password Reset URL Directly
    Users can also access the HENNGE Access Control password reset page directly to change their passwords.
    The HENNGE Access Control Password Reset page URL also contains the customer's main domain.

1.5. How to Configure OTP (One-Time Password)

Depending on the access restriction policy set forth by your company, accessing from external network outside your office may require multiple authentication factor such as OTP (One-Time Password). In order to receive OTP (One-Time Password) codes used for login, you will need to configure following the instruction links below beforehand.
You will be either receiving an Email each time you login or entering the OTP (One-Time Password) code from your application into the HENNGE Access Control.

2. HENNGE Secure Browser

2.1. How to install the Application and How to Use

You will need to install the HENNGE Secure Browser in your device beforehand and register the Application with your HENNGE User Portal through the following manuals.

2.2. How to setup the Unread Email Notifications on the Secure Browser App

If there are new Emails received by your Groupware account (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) inbox, HENNGE Secure Browser will notify you via push notification through the Application. (Only available for mobile devices.)

3. HENNGE Device Certificate

3.1. How to install HENNGE Device Certificate

HENNGE Device Certificate will need to be installed into the user's device prior to usage.
Please follow the following procedures to set it up.

3.2. How to login with HENNGE Device Certificate

When users login via the HENNGE Device Certificate into the HENNGE Access Control, please click on the button where it says "Login with Device Certificate" on the top. The following links show the procedure flow of the login process on different type of OS.

4. HENNGE Email DLP

4.1. Organization Policies and Rules

The actual policies and rules will depend on the decide policies by IT Admin or company managers.
There may be following scenarios to be aware of for the end users.

  • File Encryption Method (Don't Zip Encryption beforehand...etc)
  • Email Suspension Time (Emails can be recalled after they have been delivered up to a certain duration)
  • Email Sent to External Recipients cannot contain certain information (Subject, Body, Attachment cannot contain keywords such as "Confidential", "Sensitive"...etc)

4.2. HENNGE Email DLP User Page URL

If end users desire to cancel or delete the Emails that are sent to external recipients when the emails are still within the suspension period, they will need to login via the HENNGE Email DLP service through the URL below.

The Page URL for where suspended Emails can be recalled also contains the customer's main domain.

5. HENNGE Email Archive

There are no announcement for end users for this service.

6. HENNGE Secure Transfer

6.1. HENNGE Secure Transfer Service URL

End users should be notified of HENNGE Secure Transfer Page access URL beforehand in order to access this service.
HENNGE Secure Transfer Page URL also contains the customer's main domain.
