[Access Control] How to Log in to Google Workspace via Access Control

Overview

This article explains the procedure for users to log in to Google Workspace from a browser in an environment where single sign-on integration between Access Control and Google Workspace has been completed.

Procedure

1. Open your browser and access a URL that requires Google Workspace authentication, such as Gmail.
2. If the Gmail introduction page is displayed, click [Log In].
   * If this page does not appear, the login screen may be displayed instead.
3. When the Google Workspace login screen appears, enter the username for the domain using single sign-on (SSO), and click [Next].

4. Confirm that you are redirected to the Access Control login screen.
   * The content displayed on the login screen may vary depending on your environment.

   

5. Log in with the user information registered in Access Control and confirm that the Google Workspace screen is displayed.
