Is it necessary to enter User ID and Password each and every time when accessing the temporarily mail-hold control page?

I am an Microsoft 365 user.

Is it necessary to enter User ID and Password each and every time when accessing the temporarily mail-hold control page?

Answer:

Even for Microsoft 365 users, the temporarily mail-hold control page is accessible by SSO.

However it is accessible only for Microsoft 365 users those who operate it identifying their login ID with their mail address.

Note:

For Microsoft 365 user who does not identifying the login ID with the mail address, (e.g.: use employee number for the login ID, and user’s name for the mail address, etc… ) , the temporarily held mail will not be displayed properly.
