How to ensure each password generated is different for Encrypted Attachment file that is sent to multiple addresses?

Answer:

The feature updated in April 2014 allows you to create per-recipient random PW when destining plural addressees for one mail recipient.

This feature enables you to encrypt the attached file with more secure password.

■Settings Procedure

In the [Encryption] -> [Define Encryption Type] step, please select [Random Password] in [Password Type]. After that, check [Generate password individually].
