What changes occur in the groupware (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) in use before and after the introduction of the HENNGE One service?
Answers
If you are using HENNGE Access Control or HENNGE Email DLP, the following changes will occur in the login procedure and email sending method of the groupware (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) after the service is introduced.
If you are using HENNGE Access Control
When logging into the groupware, the procedure will change to login via HENNGE Access Control as follows.
※ The HENNGE login screen may not be displayed because the groupware retains the authentication state.
1. Access the login screen of the groupware (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace).
2. Enter your username on the login screen and click [Next].
3. The HENNGE Access Control login screen will be displayed.
※ The content displayed on the login screen may vary slightly depending on your environment.
4. Enter the username and password registered with HENNGE Access Control and click [Log in].
5. You will be redirected to the groupware (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace).
If you are using HENNGE Email DLP
According to the company-specific policies set by the system administrator, processing such as temporary hold or encryption of attachments will be applied to emails sent externally.
※ Emails sent internally are not subject to HENNGE Email DLP processing and will be sent as is.
