If I use an email address as a condition in email filtering, does it have to match the whole email address text or does it also apply as a partial match?

Answer

This may depend on how the email filtering rules have been set up.
・If you made the settings through "Define Mail Group", the whole email address must match.
・If you made the settings through "Define Rule Group", the email will be filtered if it contains the email address specified in the condition. In this case, the email address should be specified using Regular Expressions.
