Purpose
- You can confirm the sync logs of Access Control executed within a specified period.

- Administrator privileges for Access Control are required to view actual screens or modify settings.

To check provisioning logs, use the Google Workspace Admin console: [Reports] – [Audit and Investigation] – [Admin log events].

Procedure

From the left menu of the administration, go to [Log Management] – [Sync Logs].

Past sync logs will be displayed. Click the button to the left of the date and time of the log you want to view to see the log details.
* You can specify the period and search conditions using the search bar at the top right of the screen.
* There is no restriction on the search period, but if the search field is large, a timeout may occur. If a timeout occurs, shorten the search period and try again.
* For available filter and display items, refer to the "Item" section below.
Item
・Sync Source / Sync Destination
Indicates the sync source and sync destination for user information.
For example, when syncing user information from Active Directory to Access Control using the Directory Sync Tool, the sync source is Active Directory and the sync destination is Access Control.
When syncing user information from Access Control to Microsoft 365, the sync source is Access Control and the sync destination is Microsoft Entra ID.

The result of the executed sync.
If the sync does not complete successfully, the following messages and their solutions may be displayed.
