Detailed Explanation / Procedure
You can check the logs of bulk user registration performed within a specified period on HENNGE Access Control.
To check the bulk user registration logs in the modern view of HENNGE Access Control, navigate to the [Log Management] - [Bulk Registration Log] in the HENNGE Access Control management screen.
1. Procedure
1.1. Access the HENNGE Access Control management screen.

1.2. Access the left menu [Log Management] - [Bulk Registration Log] of the HENNGE Access Control management screen.
1.3. Select the date and time and search.
1.4. The search results will be displayed.
1.5. By clicking on the row of the registration date and time you want to confirm, you can check the details of the bulk registration log.
2. Search Criteria
The details of the search criteria are as follows:
2.1. Status
Select the status of the user you want to confirm.
2.2. Include entries excluded from targets
Select whether to include users who were excluded from bulk user registration.
The available options are as follows:
・All: Extract logs regardless of whether users are excluded from bulk registration
・Yes: Extract logs if users excluded from bulk registration exist
・No: Extract logs if users excluded from bulk registration do not exist
Also, the conditions for exclusion from bulk registration are as follows:
・Users newly registered already exist in HENNGE Access Control.
・One or more settings items of the target user cannot be registered.
・The target user for update or deletion does not exist in HENNGE Access Control.
・The user to be deleted has been deleted in HENNGE Access Control, but deletion failed in Google Workspace.
