This article explains the settings within the [Teams] tab that can be configured in HENNGE Cloud Protection policies.

This article explains values that can be set in the [Collaboration Protection] - [Policy] - [Teams] tab of the HENNGE Cloud Protection management screen.

General
Item | Description |
Real-time Scan |
Specifies whether to use real-time scanning for Teams items in the organization's channels. |
Isolation |
You can select the period until isolated items are automatically deleted. ・1 month |
Malware Scan
Item | Description |
Scan Files |
Specifies the types of files to scan for malware and other harmful content. ・All If [Selected only] is selected, you can also specify any files in [Target Files]. |
Scan Archive (Compressed) Files Sets whether to scan compressed files. Compressed folders can only detect executable files such as .exe in the folder. |

Evaluation in the Sandbox Sends suspicious files to WithSecure's Security Cloud for analysis to determine if the file is safe or harmful. |

Unauthorized File Types |
Displays the types of unauthorized files. The types of target files are set in the policy item [General] - [Threat Control] - [Malware Scan] tab. |
Processing |
Specifies the action to be taken if malware is detected. ・Isolation |
Notify Administrator Specifies whether to notify the administrator if malware is detected. The administrator's email address is set in the policy item [General] - [Notification] - [Administrator Email Address]. |
