Users cannot manually delete uploaded files by HENNGE Secure Download for Box,
However, it is possible to deactivate the download URL.

In addition, Box Admin (users with access to the Box management console) can manually delete uploaded files by following the procedure below.

Procedure for Box administrator 

 1. Access the Box Management Console with the Box Admin account.

 2. Open [Content] on the left menu of the Box Admin Console, and click [HENNGE Secure Download for Box] - [Files].

 3. From the list, select the folder whose name is the e-mail address of the user who sent the file with HENNGE Secure Download for Box.

 4. From the list, select the folder whose name is the date and time the file was sent and the subject of the e-mail (YYYYY-MM-DD_hh:mm:ss_mail-subject).

 5. Click on [three dot leader (...)] - [Delete] for the file you wish to delete.
