How to delete files sent/received by HENNGE Secure Transfer (modern) service?

Administrators cannot delete uploaded files but can immediately disable the URL for files sent by users within administrator privileges.

Disabling Sent Files (User)

Step 1: Access HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern)

Step 2: Open the [File Transfer History] menu and select the file you want to delete from the list

Step 3: In the file transfer details, choose the [Trash icon] for the file you want to delete under [Basic Information] → [File]

Step 4: Select [Delete File]

Disabling Received Files (User)

Step 1: Access HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern)

Step 2: Open the [File Transfer History] menu and select the file you want to delete from the list

Step 3: Choose the file you want to delete from [File] in the file transfer details

Step 4: Select the [Trash icon] and then choose [Delete File]
