Are there any limitations on the number of files or file sizes that can be uploaded at once with HENNGE Secure Transfer (Modern)?
Answer
The limitations are as follows:
- Number of Files
Up to 20 files / 1 file transfer (URL)
- File Size
The total size of all files, regardless of the number of files uploaded, can be up to 2GB or 5GB.
※ The maximum file size limit varies depending on your subscription plan.
※ If you are subscribed to HENNGE One Pro, you can upload up to 5GB.
Example: The following uploads are possible:
- Upload a single 2GB file
- Upload files totaling 2GB across 20 files
It will not be 40GB (maximum file number of 20 files multiplied by maximum file size of 2GB). Please note.
Additionally, there are no restrictions on the total amount for all users.
If you need to upload more than 20 files or if the total file size exceeds 2GB or 5GB, please create a new "File Transfer".
